I have worked as a clinical dietitian in a medical center for two years now. My experience in this field has allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of how nutrition can be used as a preventive measure for many diseases such as obesity, cancer, IBS, celiac, or high cholesterol levels.

Being a teacher, and a nutrition trainer for university students for up to five years helped me in developing a good sense of purpose to implement structured work plans to ensure the best quality of work. And this can be enforced by our later analysis when we measure the tangibles to extrapolate the quality of our work.

I have always had a passion for nutrition science and research, and with my master's degree in public health, I have developed an in depth knowledge of research and a dedication for improving the quality of human life. As part of my master's research study, I tested the effect of caffeine on aerobic and anaerobic exercises. I presented my findings at BMC Sports science, Medicine and Rehabilitation and published a paper thereafter. I am currently pursuing a doctoral program in health science that will allow me to become more proficient in clinical research methods.
