Act as a lead person and overseeing the delivery of Human Resource services with the responsibility of providing information and motivation to other HR Staff.

Performs a variety of day-to-day administrative HR functions ensuring data integrity, immigration processing and HR reports.


  • Manage the day-to-day HR operations.
  • Maintain, monitor and update residency permit, Hamad health card, visa, staff passport and insurance database.
  • Monitor and coordinate the validity and renewals for Company Registration, Computer ID, Chamber of Commerce, Trading license, Civil defense license and medical fitness certificate through PROs.
  • Coordinate with the Finance department for Payroll and WPS File.
  • Coordinate with travel agency to arrange for air ticket bookings and LPOs for new hires, annual staff leaves and separated staff.
  • Prepare relevant HR reports as required by management.
  • Experienced in auditing and monitoring the attendance and payroll.
  • Expert in the recruitment process Locally and Internationally (Sourcing - Interviewing - Endorsing - and hiring).
Perform other duties as required and assigned by the manager.


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
