About The Role

Your Responsibilities

  • Extensive experience in leading and delivering large IT projects / programs.
  • Ability to work closely with business leaders (VPs and above), in a multicultural environment.
  • Provide technical leadership to the Architects and review / contribute to the artefacts delivered, including Technical Architecture, Functional and Nonfunctional requirements, Interface specifications and high level design documents.
  • Ensure system designs are manageable, maintainable, scalable, resilient, sustainable, and cost effective whilst addressing business requirements.
  • Lead root cause analysis of reported critical incidents in operational production systems and recommend/ ensure implementation of effective preventive actions to avoid repetition.
  • Implement automation to improve monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement of Production systems
  • Oversee development, review artefacts of projects to ensure consistency with design and architecture guidelines. Responsible for design review, establish guidelines and ensure adherence
  • Manage and drive continuous development of industryspecific accelerators (templates, best practices, automation tools) for faster delivery.
  • Plan and execute POCs to demonstrate feasibility of idea, complex solutions and cutting edge technologies and ensure that infeasible solutions fail fast.
  • Drive innovation to ensure that systems drive value to the business and customers
  • Liaise with external 3rd party suppliers and internal departments / IT teams to collaborate and design and implement robust, secure solutions
  • Oversee and supervise employees, Mentor, coach and build technology competence in the delivery resources, manage their career aspirations

Qualifications:

About you

Knowledge & Experience

  • Handson experience in identifying technology opportunities, and delivering them through modern software engineering lifecycle.
  • Should possess large program / project delivery execution through onsite/offshore model, vendor management, mobilizing large teams and worked across multiple technology platforms and tools.
  • Strong experience in formulating technical solutions and led the delivery working closely with the Product Owners / Delivery leads
  • Experience in HR processes transformation and leveraging technology in automation of manual processes, implementing performance improvement initiatives and recommending best practices.
  • Comprehensive experience in providing support & conceptualization for technical solution delivery using technology driven IT solutions.
  • Experience in onprem or cloud ERP (Oracle or SAP) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working, DevSecOps, CI/CD and Engineering Platform concepts IT security standards and Data Privacy/GDPR requirements
  • Knowledge in Information security standards like ISO 27001, PCI DSS and GDPR.
  • Ability to clearly articulate to C Level / Senior management on the rationale for all technology decision / adoption of technical stack
  • Good analytical skills, Communication & people management skills, team player
  • Excellent problem solving and solutioning mind set
  • Must be a Go-Getter with positive attitude, Selfmotivating, innovative, openminded and inspiring
