Job description:


  • To ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and labor law.
  • To ensure employee satisfaction.
  • To address employee day to day requirements and concerns.
  • Drafting employment contracts and amendments.
  • Support and advice managers and HR team on employee relations issues.
- o coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth mobilization of new hires.

  • To maintain HR records and employee files.
  • To prepare monthly HR reports.
  • To ensure smooth Onboarding and offboarding process.
  • To promote healthy working environment

Profile:


  • Strong administrative capabilities and presentation skills
  • Experience of working within multinational team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills word, excel, power point
  • Qatar experience is a must
  • Well versed with Qatar labor law.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic is a must.
  • Experience within the construction industry would and advantage
