Interpreting the complexities ofvarious critical and complex tender and contract documents, torespond accurately and comprehensively to enquiries forclarification and bringing issues to logical conclusion.

• Analyse complex contractual terms andconditions and make most favourable recommendations to be actionedwith effective Contractor interaction to ensure Company financialand reputational interests are protected.
  
• Operate in highly sensitive commercialenvironment requiring high level of decision making within shorttime frame to meet internal and external stakeholder expectations.
  
• Develop and execute contractssupported by effective tendering and compensationstrategies.
  
• Analyze thetender/contract requirements and discuss with end users a suitabletender strategy, scope review, pricing schedules and tenderissue.
  
• Guide and control thetendering activities for timely award in compliance with thecompany Policies and Procedures.
  
• Prepare tender committee recommendations forseeking approvals at various stages of Tendering process
  
• Coordinate pre-bid clarification meetings/sitevisits and resolve all technical, contractual and commercialqueries.
  
• Assist in facilitating thebid evaluation process, price negotiations and contract terms withBidder to obtain the best value for the Company.
  
• Assist in the update of the demand plan andorganise contracts alignmentmeetings.
