- Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development teams to assess client requirements and create customized IT solutions. Develop detailed technical proposals, RFP responses, and supporting documentation.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough requirementgathering sessions with clients and internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with strategic objectives and organizational capabilities.
- Work closely with product development, engineering, and delivery teams to validate solution feasibility and provide clientdriven insights to enhance offerings.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to advise on innovative solutions and maintain competitive advantage.
- Assist in pricing strategies, cost estimation, and risk assessment. Participate in client negotiations and meetings as the technical subject matter expert.
- Demonstrated success in designing and presenting complex technology solutions to enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and integration technologies.
- Experience in the sports and entertainment technology sector is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, AWS, Microsoft Azure) are advantageous.
- Proficiency in solution architecture, system integration, and IT infrastructure design.
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation, proposals, and diagrams.
- Experience with CRM tools and collaboration platforms.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
