F-15 QA Weapons System Officer Aircrew Instructor provides academic, device, and flying training events in Doha, Qatar to train Qatari Emiri Air Force (QEAF) personnel during the Weapon Systems Officer (WSO) Pre-TX Course.

This position requires applicant to have a current Secret security clearance.


This position is located in Doha, Qatar

Essential Duties and Responsibilities _include, but are not limited to the following:_

• The Instructor shall perform academic, training device, and flying training events.
• The Instructor shall manage training operations to include, but not limited to: aircraft and training sortie scheduling, trainee and training progress management, standardization and evaluation functions, and weapons and tactics functions, trainee and instructor flight records management, training progress and evaluations.
• The Instructor will maintain an electronic flying training records system to document training events
• The Instructor shall conduct course in line with the provided Course Syllabus
• The Instructor will review each trainee's course training records for attendance and verify successful course completion.
• Generate status reports that shall provide visibility on student performance, attendance, student involvement, course progression/schedule at the end of each test and completion of course.

Basic Qualification

• F15E/S/SA/K/SG or F15C: Instructor Pilots or Instructor Weapons System Officer (IWSO), with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a fighter aircraft flying instructor and has had relevant flying experience within the previous eight (8) years at hiring date.
• Other fighter aircraft such as F16, F/A18, F35 or F22: Instructor Pilots or Instructor Weapons System Officer (IWSO), with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a fighter Formal Training Unit (FTU) instructor and has had relevant flying experience within the previous eight (8) years at hiring date.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous flight and training experience in the F15QA Aircraft
• Experience working with Qatari Emiri Air Force (QEAF) personnel

Supervisory Responsibilities
As assigned by Program Management


Security Responsibilities
The Instructor must have a current Secret security clearance

The Instructor shall take all measures necessary to prevent foreign intelligence collection and/or the unauthorized disclosure of information governed by the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulation (EAR).

The Instructor shall adhere to the information and technology controls required by DoD 5200-1


Language Skills
All instructors shall speak, read, write, and understand the English language (excluding the speaking skill of hearing-impaired employees. This includes understanding the technical details and components related to the F-15 platform.
