• Coordinate with the kitchen teamto ensure smooth and efficient operations during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in thekitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations and protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies,placing orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
• Trainand mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on foodpreparation techniques and kitchen procedures.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items andspecial dishes, ensuring variety and innovation.
• Adhereto health and safety guidelines at all times, including properhandling and storage of food items.
• Assist in menuplanning, costing, and budgeting activities as required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head Chef ormanagement

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years ofexperience as a Chef de Partie in GCC countries, with experience inboth hospitals and 5-star hotels.
• Proficiency in foodpreparation techniques and cooking methods, with a focus on qualityand consistency.
• Strong knowledge of internationalcuisines, culinary trends, and food safety standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability towork effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attentionto detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, asrequired.
• Diploma or certificate in culinary arts or arelated field is preferred.
