Position Overview:
The role leads our chocolate-making operations and oversee the overall management of our chocolatier business. The role must have a passion for crafting exquisite chocolates, coupled with strong leadership and business management skills.

The Chocolatier Manager will be responsible for maintaining high production standards, ensuring quality control, managing staff, and driving the success of our chocolatier business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the General Manager in developing and implementing strategies to grow the chocolatier business, exploring new markets and expanding product offerings.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and monitor financial performance.
  • Implement costeffective measures while ensuring profitability.
  • Work with marketing teams to create promotional strategies, packaging design, and branding initiatives.
  • Build and maintain the chocolatier's brand image to enhance market presence.
  • Oversee the entire chocolatemaking process, from tempering to molding, ensuring the production of highquality chocolates.
  • Collaborate with the chocolatier or chef to develop and refine chocolate recipes.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to uphold the standards for taste, texture, and appearance of all chocolates.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement in the production process.
  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials, including chocolate, nuts, fruits, and other ingredients.
  • Ensure efficient procurement to meet production demands while minimizing waste.
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance to ensure adherence to production standards and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to promote products and attract customers.

Qualifications:
Presentable with above average communication skills. Experience as a Chocolatier Manager is an advantage but not required.

With strong leadership and interpersonal skills, quality control, including financial management, and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
