Job Purpose:


Manage, analyze, and direct financial activities to ensure fairly and timely presentation of financial statements and financial position of SIHG in compliance with standards and IFRS.

Key Responsibilities:


Planning


Develop and implement Financial and accounting policies and procedures, to direct strategic contribution of the financial department to the business objectives.


Financial Management


Review and verify the financial statements and closing procedures including cost allocations, account reconciliations to ensure that all financial statements are processed accurately in a timely manner and in compliance with IFRS and legal requirements.


Plan, organize, direct and follow up day to day operations of financial department, monitor financial transactions to ensure accurate and timely financial recording and reporting.

Prepare financial and analytical report and performance analysis of SIHG to support top management in decision making process.


Support the external or internal auditors and IPO representatives ensuring the collection and availability, in due time, of all the requested financial reports.

Prepare Ad-hoc reports based on management requests.

Provide requested information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.


Project Management


Manage the execution of Strategic and Tactical projects/ portfolio associated with the business strategy realization related to financial area, provide needed support to ensure the successful delivery of the projects/ portfolio as per the agreed terms and plans.


People management


Manage the Human capital under supervision, proposing any forecast and operational needs in terms of recruitment, careers development, training activities, performance management to ensure that staff are achieving Department objectives, promoting their development and maximizing their productivity.


QHSE


Ensure the accomplishment of the Systems, Quality, Safety and Environment, guaranteeing the implementation and the adherence to all the related policies, regulations, processes, plans and operating instructions by employees, and service providers.

Salary:
From QAR1.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:

Finance Manager: 10 years (required)
