- Support the ITdepartment with day-to-day tasks
- Monitors theinstallation, maintenance, and repair of hardware and softwaresystems
- Provide technical support to staff, includingtroubleshooting and resolving IT issues
- Follow ITpolicies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of oursystems
- Work within the IT budgets
- Staycurrent with advances in technology and recommend upgrades or newsystems as needed Qualifications
- Bachelor'sdegree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in asupervisory role
- Strong knowledge of hotel/theme park ITsystems, including property management systems and guest Wi-Fi
- Excellent supervisory and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention todetail
