- High school or equivalent,preferably from a professional culinaryschool.
- 1 to 3 years kitchen managementexperience in a 4 or 5-star hotel restaurant or high-levelindividual restaurant and 3 years Kitchen Chefexperience.
- Creative with strong researchcapability and development spirit and able to executeeffectively.
- Extensive knowledge of kitchenequipment and able to train staff.
- Basicknowledge of computer operation.
- Knowledge offood safety systems.
- Ability to complete taskson time in order of priority.
- Work well underpressure, able to stay calm and solveproblems.
- Able to work well independently aswell as in a team.
