Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.Example of Duties Essential Function Average Percent of Time 70% Inspects and performs maintenance tasks which can be preventive and corrective to ensure all the plumbing system are well functional and to ensure required guest satisfaction.
10% Maintains detailed records for Plumbing equipment's which is defect, maintenance, spares etc. 10% Take proactive measures on the issue related to Plumbing equipment's to ensure effective and efficient operations. 10% Maintains plumbing equipment inventory of supplies needed to perform job function. Prepares requisition for purchase as required; all purchases must be approved by department managers.Supportive Functions In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the hotel.
