- Supervise the food preparation and presentation process,ensuring high quality items and conformity with the set standardsand techniques, check the quantity/quality of displayed items andtake necessary actions upon needed.
- Perform, during rushhour and upon need, the tasks of greeting, taking food orders,serving guests while informing kitchen/bar staff and waiters to actaccordingly.
- Implement adequate hygienic policies andprocedures and ensure that health and safety regulations arefollowed at all times in the restaurant.
- Handlecustomers' complaints appropriately while ensuringcontinuous client satisfaction.
- Monitor, on a dailybasis, F&B costs and review the operation'sbudget with the Manager and overview the restaurant's settargets taking necessary measure to meet them.
- Manageall operations relating to restaurant's function such asparticipating in the opening and closing procedure, checkingmaintenance, managing shifts and liaising with the purchasingdepartment.
- Monitor performance of stewards and handletips calculation and distribution.
- Controls inventory,monitors revenues and modifies procedures and prices.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Food and Beverage orHospitality Management
- - 5 years of experience inF&B operations, out of which - 2 years in a managerialrole
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MSOffice
