    Structural draftspersons' job isgenerally consisting of preparing detailed drawings and plans forcivil engineering work in support of engineeringprofessionals.

    Duties &Responsibilities, (include but not limitedto):

    · Perform documentcontrol using a drawing management or information system to ensurethat completed and working drawings are properly registered andfiled with the Plan Room and issued to/posted at the worksite

    · Provide detailed drawings ofstructural components and their connections of steel and otherstructural materials

    · Draft plans anddetailed drawings for structural concrete, steel structures, andinstallations for various constructionprojects

    · Utilize various draftingand CAD techniques to produce drawings in 2D while working in a 3Ddesign model environment for projectrequirements

    · Assist projects teamwith revising drawings to reflect as-builtconditions

    · Review rough sketches,drawings, specifications, and other engineering data to ensure thatthey conform to design concepts

    ·Apply manual and computerized drafting methods with a workingknowledge of the terms andprocedures

    · Prepare civil/structuralplans, elevations, and sections to represent the civil/structuraldesign construction layout

    · Checkdesign for consistency, safety, and operability and maintenancerequirements before submitting tochecking

    · Provide the support andcooperation in regards to the quality department requirements andAudits.

    · Provide the support andcooperation in regards to the business development &tenders management activities whenrequested.
