    Responsibilities

    TheDigital & Social Media Head will develop and implementdigital and social strategies in support of branding, advocacy andorganizational initiatives for all the clients/brands from variousindustries.

    The role will work to developinnovative tactics, contribute to the planning and creation ofcontent, and assess the effectiveness of digital efforts forwebsite and social media

    Manage all social mediaplatforms, strategy, and planning of content calendars andcampaigns

    Includes blogs, website content,podcasts, video content, etc.

    Attendorganizational events and meetings, follow staff in the office orfield to gather and produce real-time social content, both staticand video

    Run paid advertising across multiplechannels (i.e Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube,TikTok etc.) and track results Utilizing tools such as FacebookBusiness Manager, and Google Analytics to provideinsights

    Develop and monitorKPIs

    Interface with agency partners (advertisingand digital) to help implement strategies and provide day-to-daysupport for on-going projects

    Identify emergingdigital trends, best practices and technologies that would benefitthe organization

    Develop and strengthen agencyrelationships with social media contacts throughout industries.

    Manage website including development of newwebsites, on-going maintenance of current website using contentmanagement system

    Monitor performance of websiteand report on metrics with recommended actions to improveperformance including SEO

    Manage digitalmailings

    Manage filing of all relevant digitalcontent

    Requirements:

    At least 8 years of experience

    A lover ofnumbers and data.

    Excellent presentationskills.

    Highly organized with impeccableproject management skills.

    Proven experience increating and growing an influencer marketing and advocateprogram.

    A natural leader with a love ofmanaging and developing a team.

    Has worked onmultiple brands at once.

    Highlycollaborative

    Global experience, especially inthe GCC & Middle East, a plus.

    If youhave Arabic speaking skills, that would be a majorbonus.
