Contract: 6 Months ( Extendable Based on the Performance )

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HRrelated data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key HR metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver timely and accurate reports.
  • Conduct indepth analysis on workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Identify patterns and trends in HR data to support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Work closely with the HR team to enhance data accuracy, integrity, and overall data quality.
  • Implement datadriven approaches to improve HR processes and initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices in HR data analysis and reporting.

Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other HR data systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary, Contract


Salary:
QAR14, QAR17,000.00 per month
