- Prompt, and courteous greetingof customers
- Take orders and deliver food to customerson the table in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure allguests receive positive and professional service to the higheststandards to exceed the customer's expectations
- Follow the sequence of service standards as per brand guidelines
- Have complete and thorough knowledge of all menu itemsin order to be able to describe and make suggestive selling tocustomers
- Ensure food quality and consistency aredelivered at all times
- Manage the setup and close downof tables within the section
- Maintain cleanliness andhygiene standards
- Ensure the cleanliness and refillingof condiment sets and napkin containers
- Coordinatingwith the cashier to handle accurately order invoices and tips
- Keeps all workstations and equipment as clean aspossible at all times
- Attend all regular departmentalbriefings and contribute to open communication within the assignedteam
- Performs other duties pertinent to this job asassigned
