- Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content such as social media posts, Instagram stories, videos, collaterals, content with marketing partners (ILQ, Qatar living, Ooredoo, etc.);
- Design, build and maintain social media presence i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter;
- Maintain and manage all social media channels;
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews;
- Suggest and implement new features to develop Qgrabs brand awareness and promotions; Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with the team;
- Develop and implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns. Create a regular publishing schedule;
- Define, manage and oversee implementation of an SEO strategy to drive organic brand growth through customer acquisition;
- Collaborate with other teams like services, products and customer service to ensure brand consistency;
- Regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies;
- Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and latest trends;
- Suggest ideas on how to start selling marketing products such as insta Stories, competitions, insta/facebook post, without affecting the current business model;
- Discover, suggest, and attend events in Qatar, such as QIFF, Sweet Festival, CTC festival, etc. to increase brand awareness.
- Get involved in e-campaigns and building potential online promotions and partnerships as well as e-content & blogs as needed;
- Monitor the allocated budget and optimize marketing campaigns; Maintain cost controls across all marketing initiatives ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery;
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Must possess a minimum of Bachelor s Degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant course;
- Proven working experience in digital marketing; Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns;
- Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from conceptual design to execution.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, i.e. Google Analytics, NetInsight etc.;
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns;
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
- Good understanding of graphic design principles.
- Previous experience in Paid Social is highly preferred;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Ability to think out of the box and infuse creativity in every approach.
