Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy.
Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry and brand, and capitalize on opportunities for engagement.
Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user participation and brand visibility.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay uptodate with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and recommend new strategies and tactics to enhance our social media presence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) working in social media management.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for engagement and growth.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and concise copies.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator for creating social media assets.
Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
