    تنسيق وتسريع وإغلاق نظام تصريح العمل الموحد لشركة RLIC (eCPW) والموافقة على التقديمات الفنية بين مقاولي NFE Onshore EPC (EPC-2، EPC-3، EPC-4، BGD، BOP) وهندسة قطر للطاقة/RLIC (QERLIC) ودوائر العمليات لمباشرة أعمال إنشاء الممرات ومعابر الممرات مع الغير.
    يعمل في مفهوم "التجميع" لدعم متطلبات مشاريع NFE Onshore EPC (EPC-2، EPC-3، EPC-4، BGD، BOP) والتنسيق الوثيق مع QERLIC للحصول على موافقات التصاريح (eCPW) لمواصلة أنشطة البناء
    تقديم الدعم لتنسيق الموافقات الفنية وتطوير الاتفاقيات الخاصة بتأجير الأراضي وتأجير الممرات والمرافق والمعابر وما إلى ذلك مع مالكي أصول QERLIC وQatarEnergyLNG (QELNG) في الوقت المناسب لضمان عدم تأخير أنشطة المشروع.
    تقديم الدعم من QELNG Commercial and Legal لتنفيذ الاتفاقيات التجارية واتفاقيات العبور القانونية مع مالكي أصول QERLIC وQELNG.
    إدارة وحدة إدارة واجهة نظام التحكم في إدارة المشروع (PMCS) (استعلامات الواجهة، واتفاقيات الواجهة، وحزم العمل الفنية، وحزم عمل البناء)، والإعداد الأولي مع المقاولين، وبرنامج التدريب والصيانة الروتينية.
