Required Experience:

• At least 10 years' process engineering experience in a paper or tissue manufacturing operation.
• Strong process optimization and problem solving skills.
• Hands on and practical, with ability to work to tight timelines
• Experienced working in a multi-cultural environment
• Collaborative individual, with excellent verbal/written communication across different levels of an organization
• Ability to make and effectively execute a plan
• Ability to influence without managing, specifically with ability to use knowledge and confidence to hold gravitas over a group or team to ensure successful implementation of improvement plans
• Understanding of automation and controls specific to a state of the paper making production line
