Skills & Qualification:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar position
Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration/HR
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred bilingual (English+Arabic)
Thorough understanding of training processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software
Design, plan, schedule and implement training program
Coordinate with all department in development of training plans and ensuring adherence to training requirements.
Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
Manage training budget
Evaluate staff training records
Gather feedback from trainees to assess potential additional training needs

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
QAR7, QAR10,000.00 per month

HR Manager
