The IS Performance Analyst is responsible for defining, collecting, and formalizing all relevant metrics and reports supporting the IS organization's ways of working.

They will be in close contact with internal IT stakeholders as well as external partners and vendors to assess performance and recommend improvements and define new ways of working with Vendors.

Develop and implement Business Score Card for IT to measure department's contribution and evolution

Monitor vendor performance and their KPIs to ensure contractual obligations

Analyze SLA adherence to identify optimization areas

Conduct surveys to gather information about users' needs or preferences


Support business partners in creating their new projects' business cases and the calculation of the potential return on investment (ROI).


About this role

  • Develop and implement Business Score Card for IT to measure department's contribution and evolution;
  • Analyze IT environment and define key metrics supporting IT Strategy;
  • Work with leaders to capture key metrics;
  • Develop and maintain an IT Business Score Card;
  • Monitor vendor performance and their KPIs to ensure contractual obligations;
  • Supervise IT vendors' performance;
  • Ensure all vendor related performance processes are followed;
  • Develop dashboards and other visual aids;
  • Work with technical teams to understand opportunities to improve overall vendor performance;
  • Conducting interviews with new vendors and informing approved vendors of their responsibilities and obligations;
  • Establishing standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors;
  • Analyze SLA adherence to identify optimization areas;
  • Review and set SLAs for existing and new contracts;
  • Review and set SLAs for internal IT processes;
  • Coordinate with contract and service managers to identify and action improvements;
  • Conduct surveys to gather information about users' needs or preferences;
  • Plan and design surveys, and determine appropriate survey methods;
  • Test surveys to make sure that people will understand the questions being asked;
  • Coordinate the work of survey interviewers and data collectors;
  • Account for and solve problems caused by nonresponse or other sampling issues;
  • Analyze data, using statistical software and techniques;
  • Summarize survey data, using tables, graphs, and fact sheets;
  • Support business partners in creating their new projects' business cases;
  • Liaise with business partners and business focal points;
  • Help in creating business cases supporting the new projects and investment;
  • Calculate the return on investment (ROI) for each new project.

What you need to bring

  • Robust Knowledge of KPIs, goals, user needs, benefits, performance analysis;
  • Advanced knowledge of Vendor Management and Governance used at NOC required;
  • Expertise in data visualization and dashboards;
  • Strong Understanding of ITIL processes;
  • Intermediate knowledge of general IS components such as Data, Infrastructure, Petroleum Applications etc.

Day Rate in USD Plus Allowance
