Copying, scanning and storing documents in physical and digital records.- Reviewing and updating customer master files.
- Checking for accuracy of customer files.
- Handling request and queries from team members.
- Develop and maintain a filling system.
- Maintain contact list for customers.
- Liaise with internal department for smooth functioning of team.
Preferred Skills:
- Computer Literate must be knowledgeable in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fastpaced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Preferably Female.
Salary:
QAR3, QAR3,500.00 per month
