    • Inspect sitesregularly to identify problems and necessarymaintenance.
    • Prepare weekly maintenanceschedules and allocate work as per forecastedworkloads.
    • Employ, supervise and trainworkers.
    • Coordinate daily cleaning andmaintenance activities.
    • Oversee all repairs andensure that work is completed on time.
    • Maintainall inventory and equipment, and ensure properstorage.
    • Comply with all health and safetyregulations and practices on site.
    • Conductpreventative maintenance work.
    • Conductfollow-ups on all maintenance and repairwork.
    • Conduct safety inspections asscheduled.
    • Establish strategies to meetworkload demands on time.
