Quality management during execution of majoroffshore oil & gas projects, including platform fabricationand offshore pipelines. Degree in Mechanical Engineering orequivalent Senior Welding Inspector (CSWIP 3.2) or Welding Engineer(IWE) or equivalent NDE Certification Min 12 years experience inexecution of major offshore oil & gas projects, with 8years in senior quality control position of offshorepipelines

Responsible for implementing the projectquality management program and ensuring the effectiveimplementation of Contractor's quality management systemon Riser Platforms and Infield Pipelines project.

Develop andimplement a
Procurement SurveillancePlan for all procured equipment and materialsReviewing and approving Vendors Inspection & Test Plans,quality control procedures and testing procedures Ensuring theprovision of inspection resources using (Project) approved ThirdParty Inspection Service (TPIS) agencies to conduct vendorsurveillance inspections Ensure that inspection records aremaintained in a procurement database Actively participate in:
Quality Audit Program to confirm thatproject activities are conducted in accordance with agreed plans
Lessons Learned process tocontinuously capture quality learnings from project activities andto use them to develop and optimise process or specificationimprovements
Issues and RisksManagement to ensure that quality related issues andrisks are captured and treated promptly and effectively Maintaininterfaces, including with: Execution teams to ensure that qualityissues are identified and resolved promptly and effectively Welding& NDT Lead to ensure that welding related quality issuesare identified, communicated and rectifie
