Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
• Analyze project requirements, constraints, and risks to devise effective planning strategies that optimize resource utilization and timeline management.
• Utilize industryleading software to create and maintain accurate project schedules, constantly monitoring progress and identifying potential bottlenecks.
• Implement best practices in project management, establishing milestones and deliverables to keep projects on track and within specified parameters.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to key stakeholders, highlighting achievements and addressing potential issues.
• Actively participate in problemsolving and decisionmaking processes, contributing valuable insights to overcome challenges and enhance project efficiency.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and construction personnel, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of project plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer, preferably in [industry/sector].
• Proficiency in project management tools, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess project risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey project plans and updates to stakeholders.
• Detailoriented and highly organized, with a focus on maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Salary:
QAR16, QAR25,000.00 per month
