Minimum of 10 years' experience ina major project environment within the oil and gas industry, withexposure in business and risk management including projectcontrols, cost and schedule development, tender preparation andcontract management and 3 years supervising multi discipline andmulti-cultural teams and as Head of Controls for megaprojects.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law orEngineering or equivalent experience.
Excellent writtenand verbal English skills.
Strong planning,organisational and prioritising skills.
Strongnegotiating and influencing skills.
Good computerliteracy skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Deliversthe contracts management plan for the Onshore Project. The positionwill develop, communicate and implement the Contracts Managementprocess and coordinate the development and stewardship of ContractsPlans.

Responsible for providing technical, commercial andfunctional direction related to all aspects of contractingincluding the formulation and administration of ITT packages andEPC Contract.

Provides operational direction, technicaland functional guidance to contracts and claims personnel and otherpersonnel in the performance of contracts or claims tasks asdetermined with Project Management.

Maintains contact with otherManagement personnel and Functional Managers.
