• Provide Company oversight of theOnshore Project EPC Contractors operation and maintenance of theirconstruction camps (>30000 pax) with the objective ofensuring the provision of robust camp management systems,acceptable living standards, properly delivered camp worker welfareand compliance with international and Qatarstandards.
• Support the monitoring of theoperation and maintenance of camp's operated by thirdparties, both inside and outside of RLIC environment, that willhouse a circa 5000 EPC Contractorpersonnel.
• Develop reporting on areas ofconcern, non compliances with contractual obligations andcorrective actions required in Contractor camps, offsite camplocations and site mess halls.
• Ensure CampOperators implement and sustain Safety and Quality programsrelevant to operations and maintenance activities includingadherence to industrial hygienestandards.
• Support the Camps Operations andMaintenance Head overseeing and stewarding all camp services /operations, including development and management of camp managementsystems, activities and programs, by the EPC Contractors and theirsub-contractors.
