Nord Anglia International School Al Khor(NAISAK), Qatar Nord Anglia International School Al Khor is lookingto appoint an outstanding EYFS Teacher to join a well-established,supportive team in a highly successful and expanding school.

NordAnglia International School Al Khor (NAISAK) is a 3-18 throughschool with more than 1100 pupils currently on roll. EYFS comprisesof 6 classes across FS1 and FS2, with approximately 130 childrenaged between 3-5. We implement In the Moment planning across ourunits to support students in meeting the Early Learning Goals. Weeducate both local and expat students through a bespoken andengaging curriculum that focuses on the development of language andskills. We track progress through the use of Focus Children andregular communication between the EY team and parents.
Our schoolresides in the town of Al Khor, 30 minutes north of Doha (thecapital of Qatar).

As part of our curriculum, we also meet therequirement of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education bydelivering an Arabic and Islamic programme that is taught by a teamof dedicated, specialist teachers.

To ensure that planning, preparation, recording, assessment, andreporting are of the highest quality and meet the varying learningand social needs of children.

To be flexible and adjust to theneeds of the school, actively contributing to its development plansand growth. Implement agreed policies and developments. Todemonstrate thorough curriculum knowledge, teach and assesseffectively.

Use the student tracking and monitoring processes toadvance children s learning and enhance professional practice inline with the school s aspirations and priorities.

JD NAISAK EYFSTeacher Personal Specifications Bachelor s degree in education ordegree plus PGCE/QTS Essential Teaching Qualifications EssentialProven track record and two years of teaching experience EssentialTeaching within International Schools Essential Good workingknowledge of the Early Years Statutory Framework and UK NationalCurriculum Essential Good classroom practice and interpersonalskills Essential Ability to prioritise workloads and to work on owninitiative Essential Range of teaching experience across differentyear groups Desirable Integrated technology into the classroomexperience to enhance and extend the learning of students EssentialSuccessfully teach students using technology in virtual/hybridenvironment Essential Experience in leading meetings or INSETsessions Desirable Selection Process Applicants should submit a CV,letter of application and the details of two professional referees,one of which should be your current Head Teacher/ Principal.
