• Review CAD drawings & prepare technical proposals, submittals during the project execution phase or pre-sales to support the respective teams technically
• Support project team by product installation demonstration and conducting trainings to customers / end users
• Act as first point of contact for technical assistance to Sales, Customer Service (CS) and Customers during pre-sales discussion, site meetings and project execution by coordinating between dormakaba Factories, Sales, Product Marketing Management team and Customers
• Follow up with clients for all contract related documents
• Subject matter expert with respect to the technical aspects of the product and non-standard customer needs
