Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervision of operational staff

Monitoring and planning of sales

Dealing with suppliers about equipments and f&b supplies, sweet and pastry industry


QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous minimum of 5 yrs experience in sweet industry in a senior sales role in Qatar
Experience in sweet display and chocolate decorations.
Familiarity with sweet making processes (Arabic sweet and cakes)
Excellent oral and written communication. skills, Arabic knowledge is a must
Holding valid Qatar Driving License a must
Customer service-oriented
Flexible working hours
