    The Staff Padhas partnered with a Specialty Dental Service Organization thatexclusively supports the unique and specialized needs of endo to its, their patients, and their practices. We are looking for aPhysician Recruiter to be a part of this company's growingorganization.

    The Recruiter will research, develop, and implementeffective recruiting and staffing strategies for physician andprofessional/admin staff, with the goal of attracting a diversepool of qualified and capable talent to the organization.

    Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Develops,facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitmentprocess.
    • Collaborateswith the Area Operations Directors to identify and draft detailedand accurate job descriptions and hiringcriteria.
    • Identifiesand implements efficient and effective recruiting methods andstrategies based on the available role, industry standards, and theneeds of theorganization.
    • Assistswith the job posting and advertisementprocess.
    • Screensapplications, selecting qualifiedcandidates.
    • Schedulesinterviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and otherhiring and selectionmaterials.
    • Assistswith the interview process, attending and conducting interviewsalongside Practice Managers, Directors, and otherstakeholders.
    • Collaborateswith the Area Operations Directors during the offer process,identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, startdates, and other pertinentdetails.
    • Ensurescompliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employmentlaws and regulations, as well as companypolicies.
    • Workswith all graduate dental programs to maintain relationships withand access to theresidents.
    • Collaborateswith the Education Services team to create value-added programs toposition our company overcompetitors.
    • Attendsand participates in college job fairs, tradeshows and recruitingsessions.
    • Performsother related duties asassigned.


    Requirements

    Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
    • Excellentinterpersonal skills, with good negotiationtactics.
    • Strong analytical andproblem-solvingskills.
    • Ability to create andimplement sourcing strategies for recruitment of a variety ofroles.
    • Proactive andindependent, with ability to takeinitiative.
    • Excellent timemanagement skills, with proven ability to meetdeadlines.
    • Familiarity withlaws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring andrecruitment.
    • Proficient with, orable to quickly learn, applicant-tracking software or otherrecruitmentsystem.
    • Proficient withMicrosoft Office Suite or relatedsoftware.

    EducationandExperience:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent workexperience,required.
    • At least five yearsof recruiting experience, including managing all phases of therecruitment and hiring process, highlypreferred.
    • Dental industryrecruiting experience highlypreferred.

    PhysicalRequirements:

    • TravelRequired.
    • Prolonged periodssitting at a desk and working on acomputer.
    • Mustbe able to lift up to 15 pounds attimes.

Education and Experience: Bachelor s degree inHuman Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience,required. At least five years of recruiting experience, includingmanaging all phases of the recruitment and hiring process, highlypreferred. Dental industry recruiting experience highly preferred.Physical Requirements: Travel Required. Prolonged periods sittingat a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15pounds at times.
