Visits markets/shops and other locations regularly and arranges the display.- Check the expiry of products and take the necessary steps.
- Takes orders from retail stores, supermarkets and others, where manual orders are required.
- Suggests for special orders for fastmoving items in the markets.
- Reports outofstock items to the manager.
- Prepares the LPO items and arranges the delivery accordingly.
- Reports the damaged items to the manager.
- Makes the invoice where required/collects before delivery.
- Submits the delivered invoices to the stockkeepers/managers to forward to the head office.
- Stock counting and outstanding reports preparation for all Clinics.
- Customer items delivery when required, especially for large items from shops and online.
- Joints for stock counting in internal shops, vets, and supermarkets.
- Assists stock keeper in arranging store.
- Assists stock keeper when shipment receiving to arrange the space for the new shipment and counts and does the distribution to all shops.
- Delivers the requisition to the shops according to the stockkeeper's suggestion.
- Maintains the vehicle's cleanliness and report for the scheduled service and reports to HR/Admin for any fault.
Note:
Must have a valid Qatari driver license.
