    Position:

    Program Coordinator Position Purpose: The aim of this role is to handle patient applications in Patient Access Program(s) within the region. The individual will participate in representing Axios during daily meetings with patients, doctors, and will perform administrative tasks both in the field and at the office.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Liaise with hospitals, distributors, pharmacies, and patients
    • Administer co-payment reimbursement solutions
    • Collaborate with the Program Manager to ensure approval of patient files
    • Verify completion of patient files for timely submission according to project processes
    • Conduct visits to patients, doctors, pharmacies, and private sector for project coordination
    • Ensure prompt and efficient delivery of medications to current patients
    • Generate monthly monitoring reports including patient numbers and support from charities, as well as quality assurance reports quarterly
    • Maintain and update electronic Program files, including patient and quality assurance data
    • Complete Pharmacovigilance, Pharma, and Product Training to understand safety data collection and reporting
    • Report any adverse events/product complaints following client's requirements and Axios SOPPs
    • Utilize Axios' Patient Management System (PMS) for all program activities
    • Handle administrative tasks for the office

    Relationships:

    • Collaborate with Line Manager and Program Assistant in the region
    • Report to the Line Manager in the region
    • Engage with related divisions of Axios
    • Maintain regular communication with Axios staff, including global staff

    Educational Background and Experience:

    • Ideal candidate will have a Degree or Diploma in Social Work or Public Health
    • 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role preferred
    • Proficient in spoken and written English
    • Experience in data monitoring and management
    • Experience in customer service management

    Job Circumstances:

    • The role is based in our regional office and involves frequent travel to Clients and partners outside the designated region
    • Flexibility in travel and working hours is crucial
