15 years'overall experience in a major project environment within the oiland gas industry, with exposure in business management includingproject controls, cost and schedule development, tender preparationand contract management.
· Expertise in usingPrimavera software for EPC scheduledevelopment.
· Prior experience of atleast 7years supervising multi discipline and multi-cultural teams as ahead role for mega projects.

• Delivermost effective Project Controls techniques / approaches on projectschedule, progress, cost and change management through timelyexecution of key Project Controls activities and ensure complianceto Company / Projectrequirements.
• Providemanagement and technical direction for all facets of the division(scheduling, planning, reporting, change order cost estimating andcost engineering) by establishing a set of project controlprocedures, guidelines and flow charts to suit project requirementsand needs to support management decision makingprocess.
• Develop Project Controls-related plans/ procedures / deliverables, including Project Controls Plan,Estimate Basis Memorandum, Estimate Confidence Pack, Gate 3/4/5cost and schedule estimate deliverables,etc.
