Activelyparticipate in the planning and implementation of the departmentdevelopment plans and the different manpower training programs forthe medical, technical and nursing staff in his / her area ofexpertise.

Participating in the variouscommittees for the upgrading of services and organization of workwithin and outside the hospital. Participating inscheduling of on-call duties and provides on-callservices. Participating in the assessment andupdating of drug, medical supply and equipmentneeds.
