    Job Description

    • Coordinate andschedule risk assessment meetings i.e. Hazard and OperabilityStudies, What-if Analysis, Design Safety Analysis, Job SafetyAnalysis & Preliminary Risk Reviews in accordance with theMOC requirements and as per project engineersrequests.
    • Preparing and pre-populating all requireddocumentation for the HAZOP team to review whilst providing supportto the Facilitator and Process Team Lead in highlighting nodes onP&IDs.
    • Technical scribe experienced inanalysis techniques and in the process hazard assessment softwareto document and record the hazard evaluation team'sdiscussion whilst providing support to the facilitator andteam.
    • Reporting the hazard analysis team'sfindings and study to various stakeholders and management.
    Responsible for managing and maintaining records of all hazardstudies and ensuring the study is available whenrequested.

    • Process MOC requests raised within the IddEl Shargi s facilities, track the progress and ensure requiredinformation is provided for each request.
    • Prepare themeeting agenda and administer weekly MOC screening committeemeeting, MOC Committee meeting and pre-start up safety reviewmeetings.
    • Support the MOC Lead in a variety of dutieswhich include monitoring of the MOC requests raised, maintainingMOC request records, coordinating MOC meetings and in reporting ofthe weekly MOC minutes of meeting.
    • Control ofengineering query distribution process including management ofEngineering query documentation and compliance with the engineeringquery procedure for the Idd El Shargi facility.
    • Ensuretimely response and closure for engineering queries and maintain anup to date query register. Issue weekly report for engineeringqueries to management and KPI analysis as and whenrequired.
    • Prepare weekly project update report forEngineering manager.
    • Provide administrative assistantsupport to Head of Engineering / Engineering Manager as and whenrequired.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • Diploma /Bachelor Degree.
    • Minimum of 5 years O&Gindustry experience.
    • Proficiency in risk analysistechniques and software such as PHApro, ExSILentia.
    • Understanding of process systems and P&IDs to assist astechnical scribe.
    • Attentive, good listening and quicktyping skills.
    • Good communication and writtenskills.
    • Computer literate and expertise in officemanagement applications.
    • Motivated and capable ofworking with personnel from diverse backgrounds.
    • Knowledge of QP IS risk management processes andguidelines.
