Overview:
As a Spa and Client Servicing Manager, you will oversee the operations of the spa facility while ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients.
This role requires a combination of managerial skills, client relationship management, and operational expertise to maintain a high standard of service and efficiency within the spa.
Responsibilities:

Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff including therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and ensure consistent service quality.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll in accordance with business needs and budget constraints.
Client Servicing:
- Welcome and assist clients with scheduling appointments, understanding services, and addressing concerns or inquiries.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, feedback mechanisms, and personalized service.
- Resolve client complaints promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily spa operations including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and uphold regulatory compliance.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, special offers, and loyalty programs to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and licensing requirements.
- Implement protocols for hygiene, cleanliness, and sterilization to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for clients and staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in spa management or related roles, with a strong understanding of spa operations and client servicing.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle client concerns or complaints effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, sanitation practices, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in computer software such as scheduling systems, pointofsale systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in massage therapy, aesthetics, or spa management is a plus.
- Note: Fluency in Reading and Writing

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
