    We are seeking an Income Officer to manage a patch of properties, implement TMO and Hackney Council policies and procedures, and enforce tenancy conditions to maximise rental income.


    We will need you to carry out settling-in visits for all new tenants to carry out benefit assessments and confirm payments to be made Be involved in tenant sign-ups to advise new tenants of their rent obligations and how to pay rent Inform tenants in writing of arrears visit/telephone interview tenants in arrears to negotiate.

    To work on repayment plans.

    Assist and advise tenants with the completion of Housing Benefit forms and give ongoing housing benefit and welfare benefits advice to tenants.
