    Duties And Responsibilities

    • Answer incoming calls, providing information and directing calls to the appropriate department.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
    • Warmly Welcome and assist visitors, clients or customers.
    • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Print and process invoices accurately & ensure timely delivery of invoices to customers via appropriate channels.
    • Monitor and ensure the security of the front desk area.
    • Keep the front desk & office area clean, organized, and presentable.
    • Plan inhouse or offsite activities as and when required (parties, conferences, training etc)
