Reporting to the Food &Beverage Manager, responsibilities and essential job functionsinclude but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offer professional,friendly and engaging service
• Lead and managethe day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage division,ensuring all service standards arefollowed
• Strong suit in managing events in allbanquet and meeting rooms. Will be responsible for the coordinationof food and beverage delivery for events held in the hotel andoutside catering, planning all of the details, maintain thestandards expected by management
• Driveinnovative promotions, menus and concepts; create a destination ofchoice for the hotel and guests
• Lead andsupport all Food & Beverage departments in achieving theirfinancial and operational targets
• Prepareannual budgets and administer in a fiscally responsiblemanner
• Implement effective control of food,beverage, labor and operating expenses throughout the Food& Beverage division
• Assist in thepreparing the annual strategic plan and achieve the goals andtargets therein
• Ensure the implementation ofstandards in guest service and constantly seek ways to improveproduct and service with focus to increase the volumes andprofits
• Oversee the selection, training anddevelopment of all colleagues to ensure timely recruitment andcareer growth
• Follow department policies,procedures and service standards
• Follow allsafety policies
