- Experience with technical project management of suppliers (both internal and external) to support overall program milestones and prototype/ production build events.
- Experience with injection and compression molding, structural plastics, metal stamping, aluminum extrusion, elastomeric extrusion, glass manufacturing, and/or aluminum casting mass production processes (and design best practices) for those processes preferred
- Experience defining test plans, designing test setups, analyzing test data, and making decisions on design changes based on results
- Proficiency in CAD modeling. CATIA V5/V6 and 3DX experience a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A detail-oriented personality with solid documentation and reporting skills
