Ourclient is a leading Biotechnology South Dublin-based companylooking for a Senior Supply Chain manager to join the company on afixed-term contract basis with attractive

TheCandidatesMUST have a supply chainbackgroundand must have SAP experience and ideally Rapid Response andpharma/biotech background (manager ideally needs a min of 8years).

• Managemedium-term and long-term capacity planning activities and ensureappropriate communication/escalation to critical resourceowners.
  
• Managetowards a stable Supply Plan and identify root causes andcorrective actions in case ofdeviations.
  
• Ensuretimely completion of the planningcycles.
  
• Developand present scenario analyses to support decision-making in theSupplyChain.
  
• Collaboratewith Supply sites ( AML & ABR) to ensure timelysupply.
  
• Workclosely with the Global Supply Chain led to ensure marketsupply.
  
• Workclosely with NPI (New Product Introduction) team to manage newproductintroductions.
  
• MonitorKPIs and define corrective and preventiveactions.
  
• Worksunder minimal direction and understand that work is guided byoperational & projectobjectives.
  
• Independentlydevelops solutions that are thorough, practical &
  
• Anticipatesand prevents potentialproblems.
  
• Handlesdiverse scope of issues that require evaluation of a variety offactors (Supply issues, product launch, regulatory filings,transition plans, NCs, CMO,)
  

Systems:

AdvancedExperience in SAP, Rapid Response/APO, CDOCS, CCMS,QMTS

Requirements

BasicQualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain orequivalent.
  
• Minimum6 years of supply chain planningexperience.
  
• APECC Planning and Rapid Response Experienceessential.
  
• Endto End Supply Chain Planning Experience andKnowledge.
  
• ProjectManagementExperience.
  
• Abilityto analyses complex data and communicate findings and makerecommendations.
  
• Advancedexperience and capability with Excel, Word, and MSProject.
  
• Proactive/ Can domentality.
  
• StrongCommunicationSkills.
  

PreferredQualifications:

• Masters Degree or APICScertification.
  
• Workingknowledge of regulatory and pharmaceuticalprocesses.
  
• Abilityto conduct effective root causeanalysis.
  
• Teamplayer, self-starter, and independent worker who takes on ownershipin driving tasks/projects tocompletion.
  
• Readilyadapts to and manageschange.
