Responsibilities and Duties<\/span><\/h3>

• Support the development and implementation of compliance
  programs to ensure adherence to legal, security, ethical, and regulatory
  standards.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments to identify
  and address potential issues.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and other
  stakeholders to ensure compliance in AI initiatives and operations.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Provide guidance and training to employees on
  compliance -related topics, including legal and regulatory requirements.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Develop and maintain documentation for compliance policies,
  procedures, and best practices.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Stay updated with the latest laws, regulations, and industry
  standards related to AI, data security, and privacy.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Investigate and resolve compliance -related incidents and
  issues, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and legal counsel to address
  compliance matters and ensure organizational adherence to regulations.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management
  and regulatory authorities as required.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Participate in project planning and contribute to the
  development of project timelines and deliverables.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for senior
  management and stakeholders.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Perform other duties relevant to the job as assigned by the
  Sr. Compliance Officer or senior management.<\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>
  <\/div>

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Law, Business
    Administration, Information Security, or a related field<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance &
    Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional
    (CISSP)) are preferred<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, legal, or
    regulatory roles<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Experience in the technology or AI sector is highly
    desirable<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Strong knowledge of legal, regulatory, and ethical standards<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Excellent problem -solving and analytical skills<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy<\/span>
