In addition to the Markets Mindshare also operates Centre ofExcellence that works at a regional level to support and providedisciplines services to all 11 Markets. These Centers of Excellenceinclude Corporate Development Digital and Solutions and Growth& Client Leadership. Role context& Overview: This is a senior position within Mindshare where youll haveresponsibility for running a global airline based in the MENAregion with services scope focused on communications planning andmedia campaign implementation management by leveraging insightsanalytics and strategy skillset. There is frequenthighlevel client contact and youll be the face of Mindshare to amajor client. You will lead the client relationship while alsobeing responsible for maintaining the quality of contractedservices lobbying additional assignments as well as developingappetite for and building revenues from outofscope offerings andvalue add services. As Planning Leader you will be tasked with supporting managementfor the profitable and efficient running of the global accountthrough the allocation of resources process and systems across thedifferent markets. Responsibilities:
    • Build seniorclient relationships that positions Mindshare as a business partnerof the client. Be unafraid to push back be audacious and stand yourground in terms ofideas.
    • Maintain a deepunderstanding of your clients business and the broader industrysector.
    • Work in closecollaboration with the Global Planning teams at Mindshare who arebased in key cities around theworld.
    • Maintain strongapplied understanding of the rapidly changing industry landscapeand be able to advise clients and colleagues on key marketdevelopments and internal products and processes (e.g. MindsharesGood Growth narrative and the worldclass suite of GroupM technologyand data solutions).
    • Buildclient satisfaction by soliciting feedback and operating like aconsultant.
    • Navigateconversations with clients to ensure initiatives/briefs align withbusiness goals.
    • Acts as aclient visionary by bringing a highly valued perspective to theclient based on a deep understanding of their business issues andopportunities.
    • Overallstrategic approach on the account/s designed and delivered to meetclients business objectives andstrategies.
    • Oversee theimplementation of the annual planning in conjunction with theclient team.
    • Generate andcommunicate a shared goal and unifies a team in the pursuit of acommon objective.
    • Driveadditional services in areas like Content Social Data Partnershipsand PerformanceMarketing.
    • Fosterinnovative thinking and ideas with particular emphasis on contentdigital and technology innovation and the use ofdata.
    • Ensure the teamproduces quality awardwinning work that demonstrates originalthinking that exceed clients briefs needs andexpectations.
    • Ensure thatthe agency is up to date on aspects of media consumer and markettrends through cross media analysis and tracking the competitivemarketplace programme data and
    preparation of relevant case studies and appropriate team or crossfunction briefings and training sessions.
    • Ensure account profitability andplay a key role in assisting with new business activities applyingoriginal thinking to identify new media and new opportunitiescreating growth and added value to theclient.
    • To recruit developmotivate direct monitor evaluate mentor and support reporting staffas required to fulfil the functionalremit.
    o Monitor their functionand prioritise communicate assign or delegate responsibilities todirect reports to ensure the remit is achieving the required levelsof performance and take whatever remedial action is necessary. Key measures ofsuccess:
    • Driveorganic growth increase of 25% through the defining and deliveringof a transformational scope of work product and services for theclient; not limited to commerce social SEO website and mobile appdevelopment innovation and experience design andresearch.
    • DeepenMindshares relationship with the client and achieve consistentlyhigh client evaluation scores (8.0) measured through an increase inTRR (or similarmetrics).
    • Grow and developa high performing team across different cities within the region tobe measured through an increase in OHI (or similarmetrics).
    • Produce awardwinning work across the account with annual submission to regionaland global award festivals including the Dubai Lynx MENA &Global Effies Festival of Media &Cannes.
    Candidate Experience:
    • The idealcandidate will be viewed as a thought leader across the brandbuilding data & technology landscape including performancedigital ecosystems digital transformation analytics and digitalinnovation.
    • The Planninglead should be able to manage high work volumes set a workflowprocess and manage the teams time to deliver on the agreedSLAs.
    • The successfulcandidates will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of theassigned clients industry sectors and business challenges withexperience in Travel & Tourism and GovernmentPractice.
    • Previousexperience recruiting managing and inspiring a clientteam.
