• Perform preventive maintenance tasks onthe simulators and associated simulator systems.
• Assistin diagnosing and correcting problems on the simulators andassociated simulator systems.
• Diagnose and correctroutine problems on the simulators and associated simulatorsystems.
• Utilize maintenance management system to recordand track maintenance activities.
• Train technicians inbasic skills.
• Complete all designated trainingactivities.
• Actively pursue continued professionalgrowth and training.
• Perform pre-flight and post flighton all simulators.
• Perform visual alignments.
• Run and evaluate Qualification Test Guide (QTG) results.
• Assist with refurbishment and hardware modifications.
• Learn and comply with CAE quality management system.
• Provide customer service support and address customer needs in atimely manner.
• Perform logistics duties, including partsreceived, repair, and testing/validation.
• Performhousekeeping functions to maintain the simulators as required.
• Perform administrative tasks as required.
• Perform tasks to support the technical services group as required

• 2-year technical degree or equivalentrelated training.
• Minimum of 3 years direct simulatorexperience with at least 1 year relative simulator experience perassigned location.
• Ability to troubleshoot to systemlevel on at least multiple types of simulators.
• Proficiency in using all types of test equipment's.
• Ability to use and interpret all diagnostic available onmultiple types of simulators.
• Ability to performpreventive maintenance, pre-flight, and post flight checks on anysimulator in the fleet.
• Ability to perform in-depthvisual adjustment and set-ups on at least 1 type of visual system.
• Ability to assist with projects such as refurbishmentsand other hardware modifications.
• Basic Knowledge ofMicrosoft Office tools and suite.
• Fluency in EnglishAdditional requirements for this role:
• Must haveprevious experience in a training environment as anInstructor/Teacher (teaching skills)
• Must haveexperience on the IOS , CGF/TSGS and creating of training scenarioson these (or similar) systems.
• Experience on VMT(Virtual Maintenance) systems would be a plus.
• Experience on helicopter simulators and be familiar with thehelicopter and its characteristics (preferred).
• Experience in a military training environment(preferred).
