Invoice Processing:
Receive, review, and processvendor invoices in accordance with established procedures. Verifyaccuracy of invoices, ensuring appropriate coding and approvals.


Payment Processing:
Prepare and process electronic and manualpayments to vendors based on agreed payment terms and schedule.
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accuratedisbursement of payments. Vendor Management Communicate withvendors regarding invoice discrepancies, payment inquiries, andpayment status.
