PositionResponsibilities:

• Lead and provide on-site C-17 companyrepresentation and technical support on C-17 aircraft systems tothe US Air Force in conjunction with the C-17 Globe masterIntegrated Sustainment Program (GISP)contract.
• Utilize multi-disciplined technicalexpertise and company knowledge to assist thecustomer.
• Sustain a high level of proficiencyin the operation and maintenance of company product byinvestigating technical problems, determining causes, anddeveloping/implementing corrective actions to ensure customersatisfaction.
• Understand customer expectationsand assist the customer in interpreting and using support data anddocuments and provide technical on-the-jobtraining.
